Fall 2024
Unorthodox's first collection, Calavera, is based on the Mexican Holiday "Dia De Los Muertos". The collection is inspired by the lives and experiences of those who came before Noah, from his ancestors to the lives in the community in which he was brought up. The cross bears extreme importance to not only the collection, but to the brand as a whole, because it represents his ancestors by utilizing the Cempasuchil, the marigold flower found in the holiday's celebration, as a symbol encased in the middle of the cross. You can see the Cempasuchil across the collection, constantly, reminding us of our loved ones who have come before us in a way that only the beautiful Cempasuchil can.
